When Sir Ernest Shackleton and his crew of 27 set off on his expedition to be the first to traverse the Antarctic little did he know they would really be testing the limits of the human spirit under very different circumstances.

Likewise here in New Jersey in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy we have banded together in helping each other out. Some are gathering and distributing cloths, food and blankets while others clear downed trees, mend wires and patch roofs.

This song of mine "Arctica" was written with my father as a inspriational tale of what is possible "when we're all in this together".

I am joining forces with my friends over at www.rebuildrecover.org and donating all the money from this song to them and their efforts. They are a well organized group of individuals and I urge you to donate more, if you are able, over on their website.
